whatever he did to get arrested must have been mentally too much for him.. if he is an American Indian its a real shame that this is his end as well.. since there are so few left.. seriously few left… but the human side of being guilty for something, may not have been over reaction. Some people claim that they do things they do and its like they are doing it, but then they feel possessed.. its really weirdo shit too.. imagine if you were “possessed” by some impulse and all you could think about was doing that one thing, wether it be drinking or raping or killing or simply eating allot..
many people often say that there is no such thing as possession.. sometimes the way I have seen people behave, I can not conclude that there is no such thing.. and that there may be a possibility.. (although some can make it up as an excuse..) I have seen people go through it and they and their own friends didn’t know it, but I saw it.. and then I naturally hear the story about what happened the next day which was said to be like an alcoholic black out, only they didn’t black out and they wern’t drinking..
For one person just acting a difficult part in a play doing stuff that was completely contradictory to his true nature opened him up to this “energy”.. After the play was over, it had nothing more to do.. it took over it seems, it was really bazzare.. and in all honesty, I think it really couldn’t use the guy anymore because he wasn’t playing out of rage and stuff.. because it simply wasn’t HIS OWN rage.. No wonder why most actors are completely messed up when they are fantastic actors.. and play difficult parts.. they really have to “go there” where no one wants to go, nor needs to go. They do it as part of their profession and desire to do a good job.
Other actors get parts because they look a certain way and can say a line or two.. most of the time, you hear about those guys because they look a certain way or the type that they play is what they are and thus casted because its not a real stretch for them.
But imagine you are not an actor and you are simply in the state of mind, you like certain things, and something empowers you to make you believe you can do what you want to, in spite of it being totally wrong.. I suppose a person such as this would overreact and destroy themselves for what they realized they have become.. and this is probably a kinder act for all involved, rather than them harming another child OR even killing someone to hide their own guilt.

I just saw that feds went to half the women on indian reservations in the 70s and half of them were sterilized involentarily, infact there has been a huge push in preserving the native people’s heratage so hard that a man can claim his child (if he be a native American Indian) and get custody of said child in spite of the mother’s case, if she is NOT an American Indian.. for the sake of preserving culture… but there is naturally people who will abuse this, and do.
Another thing is that Indian Reservations in the states are supposedly areas of NON Federal non- “American” government, so laws that are common to the areas around these places have no influence.. thus there are people who go to certain places, within these Reservations and break American laws.. such as rewrite programs ect… pirate things.. steal programs for the US government ect.
One of the best cases of Piracy and software theft happened nearly 30 years ago.. it was INSLAW.. so I was certain that some American Indians did have some “brownie points” and a few “get out of jail free” cards.. but you know.. perhaps not.. *shrugs*

Don’t take my word for it happening or not.. I am lead to believe that a whole nation of people can be beaten and institutionally abused without the entire population even able to bare witness to it. There have been other situations other than native peoples and the Sami have gotten involved as an international force to helping all indigenous peoples. Too bad there are very few poltical representives for such an international group.
Even “Isreal” has a better political base of power, but has lost relatively few peoples compared to various indigenous populations.

I’m sorry but if only one person has been sterilized against their will, and there have been a number NOT JUST NATIVE AMERICANS.. but people who have been assigned as “feeble minded” which is not a classification of any “scientific” basis, this included women who were considered “sexually provocative outside of their class”..and goes down to anyone who acted out in a sexual way or had been a victim of some kind of sexual abuse.. for example a young girl who had become pregnant at a far too young age due to being raped was ALSO considered not a victim but rather someone who had acted out in a sexual way.
I think it was due to the fact that there are still people who believe that they have the right to choose who can reproduce and who can’t.. but lets not fight about this.. I am worried that these ideas of sanitizing the populations comes down to an idea of who is really “sane” and who is “sane enough” or “productive enough” to be allowed to have children. I realize from your perspective you believe that there are too many people and obviously you don’t see a “shortage” of native peoples.

This is a big local controversy. These people were promised membership (which today includes a lot of benefits) and now are being tossed out.
As I stated before we got into the whole “is the eugenics argument relative” was that illegal activities have now been common place and even encouraged by fractions of the US government on American Indian reservations.. basicly I feel that a bad element has taken over quite a while back but it doesn’t mean that people who are in the same tribe are all to blame.. as one would not blame all of any ethnic culture for crimes done by one to someone ect…

It’s a tough issue. On one hand we want to give the Cherokee Nation self determination. On the other hand we know it is wrong to toss out these poor people who were promised membership.
