What did you get out of your experience? Do you think it will change the way you blog in the future?
Mostly I got this;
- i am beautiful no matter what they say
- my heart will go on
- i will rock you
- i can work my money maker
- fashion bloggers aren’t all insipid crap peddlers
- linden bears drink a lot
- even the homeless can dress well and entertain company
- everybody hurts sometimes
But I also got this;
Second Life has an amazing group of people blogging who are creative and come from all walks of life capable of putting out at least three variations on the fashion blog template.
While you hear about drama, I didn’t see any. I saw a lot of talk of drama. But I didn’t see any drama. Like sex in the champaign room. Maybe it’s like CSI: Miami. People say it’s a great show so you check it out . Even if you have to call suicide prevention to talk you down from the roof afterward, you too agree it was great and you will watch again (just from the first floor this time).
Change the way I blog?
I don’t know. I guess I could get a dress every now and again, take a picture, and then post a paragraph the people selling it give to cut and paste . I doubt I could do those self examination pieces. The chicken things…..yeah – I am getting me some chickens.
Maybe we could all hang out. You know, like a slumber party. Do each others nails. Make smores. Gossip about boys. Steal your mom’s car so we get Staci to the abortion clinic because she is going to start showing soon and her folks will freak. That Juno movie is bullshit. Parents all happy my ass.
